I have been very impressed with the 'consistency' of their attention to my needs as well as the other customers. This is a very busy store and the calm and courtesy manners that these team members provide is unique in our fast moving world. Called the location near me - my order was around $400 online and they quoted me $2500 at the FedEx Office location. I would have walked away but I needed this job to be done. They did come down to $900 - but I still left feeling like I was price gouged. Will never go back.
