- Sunday, January 4, 20261 out of 5Rating 1.0The only good thing the staff of 3 did was at least one of them greeted a customer with “hello.” After 11 min. that the only staffer waiting on customers was STILL working with the SAME customer, I asked if one of the other two staffers could take my package. One was fiddling with the copier behind the desk (and did not answer me), the other said NO, she had to put “fragile” stickers on packages a customer had left and said that it was a requirement that all labeling had to be completed (even though the customer had already left and it was hours before closing) before she could wait on another customer. I asked her to wait on me now and do the stickers later but she claimed it was company policy to not wait on customers until all stickers were put on all packages. Just as the incredibly slow employee finished with the customer, she yelled that she was going on break and someone had the come to the desk to check in packages. The one that was fiddling with the copier then came to wait on me. This is so different from my experience with UPS down the street where they always have at least 2 employees taking in package. I’ve never waited more than 4 minutes that UPS. I’ll never use FedEx again to send packages!
