    My shipment to Ibiza,Spain left your FedEx Office on Tuesday the 16th.The package contained a replacement smart phone was prepared by your associate. The package was missing the Commercial Invoice so it is delayed in Customs in Spain. I have dealt with another employee and an assistant manager at the FedEx office. Also I spoke twice with Josh in Paperwork and Ali at FedEx International. The Commercial Invoice was prepared by your Associate on her terminal. She gave me a copy with my bill. I have now learned that your process does not include retaining a digital copy of the Commercial Invoice. You are therefore relying on me for a copy of the invoice if it missing. Perhaps you have a good reason for not retaining a copy. I called your office after receiving a call from Josh in Paperwork asking me to create a PDF file of your invoice and email it to him. This seems odd with FedEx calling me for a copy of the invoice you prepared. You associate in your office said he could not access a copy so he offered to recreate it and send it to Paperwork. He did this and he copied me on his email. Josh from called me on the 19th, again requesting the a PDF file since he never received the email sent from your office. Fortunately I had now found my copy of the invoice. I returned to your office and met with an assistant manager who seemed more effective. He conferenced me in with Ali who asked that I create a PDF file and email to paperwork. She confirmed that Josh was waiting to receive it and would update me via email to confirm receipt and hopefully some progress. I have to review an email from Josh and I have checked all of my folders including Spam and trash folders. Everyone at FedEx has tried to be very helpful. Package has still not been released according to Tracking. # is 777429071150.I paid about $194 for this to arrive yesterday. Your caveats for delay are whether or Customs. FedEx mistakes are never considered? It would be great if it is deliver by Monday, the 21st.
