He even helped me figure out why my design was wrong, set me up on the in store computers, and helped me download it. I had just come from another company that was so rude and told me they couldn’t help me for 24 hours. Raymond did all of this in under an hour when I was on a huge time crunch! So very thankful!!

He always has such a positive attitude and manages the customers with impressive efficiency while ensuring no one feels that they are not receiving proper attention to their needs. He also seems to interact very well with the other members of his team and facilitates an overall great customer experience!

I needed a color proof for a company presentation folder for my client. Raymond & Albert were extremely helpful in taking my file and uploading it to the FedEx prepress program. My job was oversized and far from standard. They worked to make sure I had a proof ready to Express overnight to my client in FL. Thank you, team!

I went to the counter and Raymond literally provided the best customer service I've received in a very long time. He, in my opinion, went above and beyond the expected service. He went so far to take the lead in completing what I needed done. Then came in Delayne who assisted him with "something" (I can't remember) and they both deserve to be commended on their services to the customers. I watched Delayne as I was in the store, and she was the same with other customers. You want to know the ironic part, I was coming in from a training I was conducting on customer service for my organization. He exemplified what I was teaching and represented your company well.

He took care of me and answered all of my questions prior to the shipment. I wanted an estimate and he offered me suggestions. I would look for him again on my next visit.
