When I came in and know I really needed help, Yaris C., was gladly to help me with a positive welcome with any problems. During the time of helping, she was helping another customer who was already there and was polite to let them know she was multi-tasking to make sure we both was getting help. Then, I was asked by Yaris C. to retrieve my license to send the package out and had any issues. The customer she was helping, at the same time, felt that she was not doing her job and was rude because of assumption of their personal information being heard. I really was disappointed how the customer was acting, no matter if a regular customer, and assumed I was paying attention to their business. All I have to say is that Yaris C. handle the situation well and feel as though the customer before me was wrong. She showed great customer service and no attitude informing the customer on his concerns and actions. (Even though he asked to speak to the manager after the situation). I just want to state that Yaris showed a real experience and maturity of the situation and I respect that. She is a great work and after the situation, Yaris went around to help other customers that came into the store. Great Job and need more workers for FED Ex with that type of determination and ambition for the company.
