    I wish I could give a 20/10!! I came in during the last hour of business with a ton of stuff. Not only was the staff incredibly helpful and friendly, they organized my stuff into the fewest parcels possible and were mindful of the price. I was a little nervous just leaving my stuff there (and not watching it get packed), but when it arrived, it was obvious that they took great care to pack everything perfectly and safely. And of course it even had the items that the clerk was joking that he’d like to have himself! :) It was a wonderful experience from the counter in Georgia all the way to my house in Massachusetts. Thank you!

    I placed my order with the assistant manager to print for cookbooks on February 13. I said I needed them on Friday, the 20th, and she said no problem at all. I spoke with them on the 18th for a last minute addition if they hadn’t already made the copies. They said they hadn’t and made the addition, for which I was very grateful, although surprised they hadn’t made the copies yet. I showed up on Friday to collect my order. Nothing had been done. I waited for 5 hours for them to make the copies and bind the books. Another assistant manager first said they’d been really busy (even though I dropped off the order a week in advance), and then he said that the other assistant manager forgot about the order and apologized. When he finally finished, not only did they give me no discount but charged me $50 more than what the first asst mgr quoted me. I did not request a discount however…I was just hoping they would give me some kind of discount for my trouble. Maybe that’s not standard practice.

    I’m handicapped and I got the very best service and he came to my car so I didn’t have to come in and he definitely deserves a BIG RAISE he was probably 5”7 mustache and goatee very friendly I’ll definitely be back and I’ll refer people there thanks so much

    Bonnie was so helpful and personable. I went to a different fed ex location before this one and they didn't have the proper materials to package my shipment. Bonnie completely redeemed my experience with shipping this package.

    The service at the store in Athens was terrific! This survey indicated it was asking about the entire delivery. The only problem was that our FedEx 2Day envelope which was delivered on time in good shape was not placed at the house. It was left by the road behind the mailbox according to the photo. The envelope had already been blown by the wind or car traffic to the ditch. I chose FedEx over another carrier because this was an important document. Again, the service at Westside store in Athens was top- notch. Thank you.

    I asked for a typed family history book I had previously had bound by FedEx to be copied as a birthday gift that FedEx would then send to Utah. What I received was not a copy. FedEx changed the color photos to B&W and rather than scan and print it as they said would happen, the pages were simply copied and you could see places, including the very first page, the cover, where it was clear it was not from a scan. It looked like a sloppy copy where something behind the page being copied was outlined in the copy. I was shocked. I had asked for a copy of the document so I don’t know why they thought they were supposed to change to B&W. Doesn’t copy mean copy? They told me they had originally scanned it to make the copy but had not put it in the incorrect file to be saved so it was discarded. But they said they would scan it and make the copy from the scan. Clearly that was not done. It was definitely not a clean copy from a scan. I did not mention changing the color pages to B& W when I placed the order and it should NOT have been done without asking me. I said I wanted a copy. I don’t know how I could have said it any clearer. If they needed to look to see if the book included color pages so they could ask if I wanted it changed to B&W, they should have asked me. When I said I wanted a copy, it never occurred to me that that language was not as clear as possible. I’m a lawyer. I’m an author. Words are exceedingly important and I work to make mine clear. If they knew some other considerations, I should have been asked for clarification. I wasn’t. I was so angry at such a simple thing going so wrong and them not doing what they said they would do until I just had them mail the gift off. They offered to redo it but told me it would be over $200 rather than the $80 or do that I had paid. When I asked what I should have said in order to avoid this outcome by asking to have a copy of this document made, the woman behind the counter said I should have said I wanted a color copy and it would have been over $200. The book only had about 12 pages that needed to be in color, with the others being B&W, so it made no sense to have me say it should be copied in color and pay 3X as much. I felt very disrespected. They offered to do it correctly, but after the experience I’d just had, I did not trust it to go well. I am an exceedingly easygoing, positive, upbeat friendly person, but I was so angry that I felt like if I’d stayed to deal with it any further, things would not have gone well.
