The customer service from Kyra and Jenelle was horrible. I’m not sure if that is the real name of the associate that assisted me. I would like to point out that I am unfamiliar with sending packages. Staff member Kyra yelled at me for me being uncertain as to how to complete my shipment. Jenelle also yelled when helping me, once she completed my transaction she tossed my receipt to me. I’m dissatisfied with the level of customer service, I felt as if I was treated like a favor done versus providing services that I paid for.

The clerk engaged Dustin, and Dustin immediately engaged referencing some sort of shipping catalog to decipher if FedEx could provide this box. Well, after some back and forth with me and the ball machine manufacturer Dustin provided a solution. Not only that, he was able to accommodate the shipping need with lesser expensive box than what the ball machine manufacturer quoted me. I really appreciate the tremendous level of customer service, expertise, and sheer passion Dustin displayed by working to execute a solution for my shipping need.
