My friend said, “me too!” This particular team has made quite a reputation for themselves! The young gentleman that are working there are also doing great. They’re brand new. They couldn’t ask for a better group of individuals to train them on how to give exemplary service.

She was a bright welcoming human being that did not have a scowl on her face upon me entering the store, but was rather pleasant and had a smile on her face and a warm helpful spirit. She went above and beyond to help me accomplish my printing needs with helpful guidance in the self-service area. She is a bright light among the staff and should be highly praised, as this makes me want to come back to this location because of her presence.

I came in, printed 2 individual pieces of paper, and you charged me a $2.50 surcharge. Your surcharge was pennies less than the actual print fee. Completely unreasonable.

Matthew and Ophelia were both so pleasant answering my questions about a potential mail order I have upcoming, while effectively managing other ongoing activities. Andrew helped me with the copy machine, enlarging the pictures I needed, and showing me exactly what I needed to know to line them up properly for the desired results. Everyone was courteous and helpful and worked well together. A great team.
