    I wish you would wave the $18 (!!!) fee for while-you-wait printing. The drive from my house to the Fedex office is not a short one, and I had to make an extra trip because I did not know about the fee. So annoying. I will probably opt to use my home printer next time I need printing done, to avoid the extra fee.

    The only problem they said they call when my order was ready and they didn't. I was on a strict deadline. There was a note on the box that said to call me . But they didn't . Everything else was perfect.

    There were two employees when I walked in with the male employee, seeming eager to help. I had to make a quick phone call in order to get a little more information about shipping my package to the person I was shipping it to, and in the meantime, the male employee went to the back, and I could hear him laughing and carrying on with another employee in the back Leaving one young lady out front to help all the customers which slowed everything down. She was also either New and did not have enough training or she just really seemed a little disinterested in giving me all the information I needed to make the transaction easy, smooth and cost-effective

    I was shipping a package to Canada and asked if I needed paperwork and the team member said no, and then my package got stuck at the warehouse without a commercial invoice and I had to go back the next day to fill out paperwork that I even asked if I needed.

    The manager and store staff were completely unprofessional. Not only did they mess up my initial order of 8 posters of one template and 4 posters of the other template ( they printed 9 and 3) they promised the right order would be ready by 8 am promptly the next morning for pick up. I waited until 8.30 for the poster and manager to arrive - mind you i had communicated it was urgent and my workshop was starting at 8.30. The manager did not show up - i had to ask the person at the store to ask her manager to drop off the posters at my office. The posters came uncut. It made me look unprofessional to the client and late for my meeting. I had flown in a day early to make sure things ran smoothly. Not only that - no one even offered to cover my extra trip expenses or offer a discount due to an error on their part. Worst fedex experience I’ve had.

    I realize that weather impacted the delivery but it has taken almost 48 hours past the guaranteed deadline. No one could help me locate the package; quite frustrating

    I kept mentioning that what I was shipping was breakable and I thought it should be packed a little better. Of course one of the pieces was broken. Now I have to go to the trouble of filing a claim.

    I do not know the name of the team member that assisted me but he was not welcoming or friendly at all. Upon entering the store, one team member was assisting a customer at the front counter and the other was preoccupied at the second. I would have thought he would have offered to assist me and get me in and out, however no acknowledgment of my presence or greeting was exchanged. I went on to assume that perhaps only one counter was in use for shipping items and patiently waited. After waiting approximately 10 minutes, the team member then gestured me to the second counter. Again, no greeting and he asked for my license and began the process. My package was shipped promptly which was the goal, however, the customer service was less than pleasant.

    I submitted a package with the wrong person‘s name on it and had to call back and have them several people try and fix that problem. It was finally fixed by Curtis it reduced so much stress on me. I couldn’t believe it and I appreciate everybody at that office.
