He was so accommodating and really helped us prioritize our spend during the contracting process. He personally delivered any printed materials we had and ensured all branding was installed perfectly. Jean never says no - he just makes it happen!

I was so impressed with team member Quinton's exceptonal customer, communication and people skills that I was tempted to offer him a job working in my sales and customer service department. Store Manager Jean normally assists me in the mornings. He also provides top notch sales and customer service...I have other FedEx locations closer to me than this Peachtree Center location but Im willing to travel to this particular location because of these two FedEx employees. Its always a pleasure doing business with these two astute businessmen. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my shipping needs. its been proven that consumers are willing to pay more and even be inconveienced to receive quality customer service. These ladies eagerly assisted me as soon as I walked in and they made me feel at ease! I was a bit frazzled and needed a few images printed and shipped! They accessed what I needed and exceeded my expectations! I never even thought to use FEDEX office for a print job ( as this was my first time ) , but I was in a rush and decided to try my luck, so happy I did! I am so happy I was welcomed and assisted by Shayla and Brooke, they truly made my experience 5 star! I will absolutely be back to visit this location for my services and I am confident that what I need done will be fulfilled especially with these two ladies on the job! So happy, thank you for a wonderful experience Shayla and Brooke! My new go to! Ill be back!
