    It was a steady flow of business, I expected to wait a few minutes. That turned into almost 20 minutes. There were people on both the packaging and printing side, most were just standing around, on their phones or just chatting. On top of picking up a printed poster board, I had to print an event program. I was helping to set up on a printer. Once I got the printing complete, I asked to have the one page program folded. I was told that they could not due to other print jobs in cue. I was on a time crunch already for having to wait. Here is where the wheels fell of the bus. As I’m rushing to fold what I witnessed just infuriated me. During the time that it took to fold and staple the other items there was only one person actively working. The others continued to chat, text on their phones or just stand around.

    The documents that I sent via email wasn’t printed in the journals. The were missing 3 pages which was caused a significant issue.

    One of the young guys there was very uninterested in engaging with clients. He wasn’t the one who helped us. He was obviously not happy to be working there.

    I was met with the utmost professional and kindness by each of these ladies as I encountered them... and, yes I was a "multi-task project" who kept running back for more help. The final Rep even re-boxed/wraped my package for me... and my 10 thumbs! Excellent service and understanding of how packaging can be frustrating,at times lol!!

    It was very unclear where the line was to form for assistance. When I came the first time I got in line behind the print shop counter and waited to be served which was fine with me. When I came to pick it up I went to get in the same line and the person behind the desk told me that there was another person in front of me and I needed to form one line and stand behind that person which was by the mailing services. I told them I did not know that there was only one line. Signage in the store front that provided clear instructions would be more helpful.
