The other two women were holding a conversation for a minute or so while I stood in line before acknowledging me. Once I got to the counter with my prepackaged and already labeled box the lady asked me an obvious question that I can’t remember exactly, but her response didn’t quite sit well with me. The encounter got better towards the end. They need to do better with their customer service skills.
