So, I asked the employee. I don't know his name (he had long dark hair), and he was rude!! He made me feel stupid. I didn't know the shipping process and he made me feel dumb. This is so unaccepatble and unprofessional. I eventually paid the shipping fee (which I thought the vendor was going to pay). But, I needed it returned and I knew this rude employee wasn't going to help me. I will never return to this store.
