Yesterday I had an odd shaped item (long & thin)he put 2 boxes together for me & the item fit perfectly. I had 2 shipments, he helped me with both. He knew exactly what he was doing! I’m so appreciative when I receive great customer service. I don’t come across it often! When I do I try to take the time to let the business know they are doing some things right & hopefully the employee will be recognized. This young man certainly deserves recognition! Thank you for continuing to provide such a great service & employing some of the best!

(The regular USPS mail service is almost nonexistent because of problems at a new distribution center.) Each time, the young man has been courteous and patient. He also has imparted information about the service that I am able to use when sending packages and letters.

I emailed the info in, which is my 3rd month doing it, and when I got there the order was only partially there and it was slightly different the proof I sent in. The young lady I was working with saved the situation by redoing the print job while I was there and made the necessary corrections to the prints to fit what I asked for and the bills to match my original order which didn't have the unnecessarily excess fees the 2nd month's print job had. I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out.
