I needed it about 28 pages of house plans laminated. The sales assistant priced it out, showed me her estimate. I was not sure my husband wanted the expense. She even put my original plans in a plastic bag so they wouldn’t get wet. It was pouring outside. I was able to consult with my husband. (Architect) Then I went back and had approximately 16 sheets laminated. Your associate was so nice and helpful having no idea whether I was going to complete the Service or not. She was great, and the quality was exceptional!

Initially, the assistant manager and the male attendant who began my services, were more concerned with her lunch than providing high quality customer service. This FedEx and I go way back to printing my dissertation in 2013. So, I am very familiar with the quality of customer service they can provide. For whatever reason, this visit was a little less pleasant. Perhaps they should hide out in a break room, if they don’t want to service a customer instead of being visible and appearing as annoyed that a customer is present.

We looked at the template, and she pointed out that something was over the line. I needed to make corrections, but she gave me details on a note that explained what to email back to her, instead of coming all the way back to the store. I sincerely appreciated her help!

I was very impressed and would like to give kudos to them. However, the delivery person put the package in the rain. This was a 3 pc set of handmade custom artwork. The box was completely soaked and so was the packaging inside. Thanks to the $26 worth of bubble wrap they used, the artwork was not ruined. I paid $73 to have these items shipped and the driver just tossed it out in the rain!!! No amount of insurance could replace the artwork. Somebody needs to do something about the rogue delivery drivers!!!
