    Jessy is a pro. She wrapped the item very thoroughly in bubble wrap and filler paper and I felt much more confident about the item arriving in good shape than when I went into the store. She is also very pleasant. She's what you want representing you.

    For the most part, my experience was pleasant. Initially, the assistant manager and the male attendant who began my services, were more concerned with her lunch than providing high quality customer service. This FedEx and I go way back to printing my dissertation in 2013. So, I am very familiar with the quality of customer service they can provide. For whatever reason, this visit was a little less pleasant. Perhaps they should hide out in a break room, if they don’t want to service a customer instead of being visible and appearing as annoyed that a customer is present.

    The team members were very pleasant and helpful and took special care with packing my handmade custom artwork. I was very impressed and would like to give kudos to them. However, the delivery person put the package in the rain. This was a 3 pc set of handmade custom artwork. The box was completely soaked and so was the packaging inside. Thanks to the $26 worth of bubble wrap they used, the artwork was not ruined. I paid $73 to have these items shipped and the driver just tossed it out in the rain!!! No amount of insurance could replace the artwork. Somebody needs to do something about the rogue delivery drivers!!!

    Employees were very kind; one told another that I was next in line. Then Evan helped me so much with my bookmark project. We looked at the template, and she pointed out that something was over the line. I needed to make corrections, but she gave me details on a note that explained what to email back to her, instead of coming all the way back to the store. I sincerely appreciated her help!

    Brett was so helpful! I wanted to inquire about getting a fabric banner made for my wedding. My file was very large and there was some difficulty, but over the course of a couple days Brett was able to make it happen for me. He was very patient and helpful! He has very good customer service and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. Im sure my project was a bit challenging, but that didnt deter him. I'm so glad he helped me to make my vision happen. I will definitely be back in the future.

    Jarod made my FedEx experience fabulous. I did not know what to expect - I had 2 oversized boxes for shipment - improperly taped. He got them out of my car - and handled everything! All the team in the store were positive- Jarod was so helpful! FedEx policy to support the customer has made me a committed customer!
