    I placed an online print order for presentations, but needed them sooner than the first available pickup time. I called the store and Derrick said "No problem, we can have those ready for you sooner". I received a phone call an hour later that they were ready for me to pickup.     I had to make an international shihpment, which was rather intimidating to me, but Jared was very helpful and reached out to his manager to confirm he processed the shipment correctly. I really appreciate his great personality and desire to do every step correctly.

    I was traveling and needed to print several documents. I was unfamiliar with the area and the nearest Office Depot was several miles away. I located a FedEx Office and it was close to closing time and I had a large file to print and it took longer than expected. The store closed at 7:00 PM and myself and two other customers were still finishing documents. One of the clerks, Chasity, locked the door and they continued working as if the store was still open. Neither of the clerks rushed us, waited at the door, nor made me feel like I needed to hurry and leave. I felt comfortable and appreciated. I completed my project a little after 7:00 PM. I apologized to Jessy and Chasity for me not finishing sooner and they assured me it was quite all right. They were patient, friendly, and kind. This was my first experience with a FedEx Office and I was pleased. I returned the next morning and Jessy was there with a warm greeting and smile. She was helpful in assisting me and I thanked her, again, for her and her staff for being so kind from the previous evening.

    I had to ship documents internationally, and wasn't sure where to start, but Christina was so knowledgeable, and made what I thought was going to be a long very process, very easy and quick. Thank you for all of your help!
