They were presented to me in boxes. When I got home and opened them, the original was not bound at all, and the copy was bound on the wrong side. I went back and resolved the binding, but my copy has holes down the wrong side and my original has 8-10 pages in the middle that are not bound. I also said that I could pick the job up later, but the clerk said they could do it while I waited. My bill reflected a $30 charge for the priority of having it printed while I waited. Two trips for a poorly done job give me a very negative view of Fed Ex Copy&Print. I would appreciate being contacted.
