    This was my 2nd trip to this location. Both times the desk person seemed like in-store customers were less important than the stacks of packages they were handling. The 7/16 visit person was dismissive and obviously annoyed that he had to waste his time with me. This location is convenient but I will try a Postal Annex for my next package shipping tasks.

    I would like to compliment your store on hiring Alfred. When he entered my information for my shipment, I had the wrong zip code. He was able to find the correct zip code. The package I was sending also involved a time-sensitive delivery date. He looked up shipment options to meet my deadline. Without his help, I would have had a very disappointed customer!! I truly appreciate the assistance Albert provided. He is a professional at his job.

    Teddy was very personable and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. From the time I entered the store until I left the store, I felt like my visit was greatly appreciated.     Compared to multiple visits prior to today’s, the customer service received was unprofessional. Teddy’s level of professionalism and politeness changed drastically when she started serving me in comparison to the older white male before me. She was aware of the poor customer service she provided and decided not to share the information or encourage me to submit feedback about my experience using the survey until I asked for it. I understand that the company cannot control employees personal beliefs or how they act on them in the workplace but there’s a standard of professionalism that should be upheld.

    I spoke with teddy over the phone. teddy recommended for me to come inside the store. Teddy was nice and able to get me in and out the store within a reasonable time frame. I really appreciate the help from teddy over the phone as well as inside the store with getting what I needed printed off. Great Job!!!!
