    Overall I would say why experience was okay. However, caucasian employee with glasses, at location was a bit impatient, when I had general questions. Additionally since he was such in a rush (when there was no line). He labeled my package as $1 of value..when the package itself held government documents at an value of at least $200.Yes I am very grateful my documents where shipped in time however, this can arise some issue for others when they are shipping very important items.

    My store experience was very horrible,I was told my package was supposed to arrive on a certain date by 10:30 am and I had pay an extra fee to get my package delivered by 10:30am .But my package arrived a date late. I asked the cashier will my package arrived on time because it was urgent,it didn’t leave until the next day and I also spoke to a manger.The manger said I can come and pick the package up .When I arrived to the store they stated that my package wasn’t there .

    I believe the gentleman who helped me was the manager. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Multiple customers came in, he greeted them and kept moving forward. Maybe Gabe?

    They were supposed to call the next day with a price. 3 days later I went back. They didn't have my name in the system. The guy that had helped us was there and he said he'd call in a few days. They had my job for 2 weeks. No one ever called. When we picked up our order, they did not include my originals. We called the next day and they told us that my originals had been shredded. For starters, those are my property not yours.they told us to run copies of the new prints. What if I had already cut them up? Was I suppose to tape them all together so I could copy them?. Its just unacceptable behavior.

    The team member recognized my limited skills in the subject, and the importance of it to me. She went out of her way to help me, and not only succeeded far above what I was expecting, but, unknown to her, really saved the day. I will be grateful for a very long time. When she had some difficulty, the boss came in to help her with a smile. Great team, great shop, great customer service, great experience. 10/10. Will return.

    At first I went to another FedEx and they messed up my margins and bleeds and I was literally so heart broken that all my pages were unaligned, like why is this happening to me on finals week. Then, I went to another location and Christian, literally so sweet, they fixed every problem with my first order, they printed everything for me again and it was perfectly aligned this time and even better, I didn’t have to pay anything to get it fixed!!
