    I was having trouble with my email address, and having the right file size for printing at the office, and Gabe was very patient and explained to me how to correctly do it. We spent around an hour trying to figure the problem out and he constantly found solutions to the problems we were having. He was also always positive about it, multitasking and helping out other customers at the same time. I honestly was having a bad day with all of the printing issues I was having, but thanks to Gabe, I successfully got my resumes printed out and came out of the store with a smile on my face!

    Christopher and his team did an amazing job. They managed a huge print job at the last minute and did in our timeframe. They provided assistance in fixing some things and were fast to respond when the files were not arriving in a timely manner due to the size of the files. Very flexible and reactive to help us out. Everything was perfect.

    I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and asked if I needed help. Gabe listened to what I needed and gave me options to accomplish my printing needs. He was super friendly and very professional! Within minutes I had exactly what I wanted and was on my way home. Fantastic customer service!

    Gabe was exceptional. I had to pick up 6 bikes from the store but got parking around the block. Gabe not only helped me load my cart but also helped me hold a parking spot out from for a minute so I could get better parking when a spot opened up. That is world class service. He was all smiles the entire time too. One of my best customer service experiences of all time. Thank you Gabe and thank you FedEx

    Annabelle answered the phone when I called to let a staff member know I was cutting it very close to closing time to pick up an important hold for delivery package for my friend who was in a rehabilitation hospital after emergency spine surgery. He was having some meds delivered but wasn’t there to receive them. Annabelle already knew the package I was talking about having talked to my friend earlier and told me not to worry that she would let me in even if a minute or two late. And that’s just what she did. And to top things off her personality, sincere attitude of service, and smile made my day. Annabelle is a true asset to FedEx on Broughton Street in Savannah Ga!

    The First Gentleman that helped us just pointed at what we needed to do and did not help any further. He was very rude. Then Annabelle took over and was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about her job and made sure that we were happy with our prints. She had a wonderful personality and an absolute joy to work with.

    It was my first time going and a crazy woman told me I couldn’t print there and then called another of her co workers to help me but they were super rude and I had to pay $36 for three sheets of paper with double sided printing. They robbed me and it was very disappointing.
