Their service is always top knotch and impeccable! I usually come with several packages that are not tapped. They never complain. They are always very friendly. - Friday, October 27, 20233 out of 5Rating 3.0The persons at the counter was very unpleasant, she asked me for identification, and the phone number of the person to whom I am sending the package to and what am I shipping to them, I refuse to give her his phone number, but told her what was in the package. so she enter zero for his phone number. I gave her my drivers license and she print out all three names on my license, I told her I only used my middle name on official documents, so she deletes the middle name. I want to know if this is the appropriate way of conduct for shipping with FedEx Office, or was she rude to me? I called him and the package was delivered on time.
