    Drop off in Woodstock ga was helpful and informative as for info on how the pick up process worked and verifying the location letter was heading too. At pick up in Knoxville location was faster than expected, notification of arrival was given and no problems of picking up per family member picking up

    I emailed a word document and came into the store. The font was off as was the spacing. I said I'd send a new file from home. The word document file at home was formatted correctly so I emailed it. In hindsight I didn't request nor was I offered a proof via email. I approved the quote. When I picked up the order the font and spacing were again wrong. They explained it was a word program error because I have a more updated version of word. Had I been told to send a PDF or had I been given a proof via email this wouldn't have happened. They offered to redo the order at full cost. Now I have to use imperfect booklets for my event.

    I wish I had the man's name, he was great. I always have great service with FedEx. I shared that the package was a pillow for a cousin with terminal cancer and he said "well let's get this pillow delivered". There was truly empathy in his voice and actions.

    I had started my shipment online and couldn’t submit because of being close to deadline for same day. I asked to ship with the online price and discount code and was not allowed. Now I have my account number but the tracking number is not showing on my account.

    my visit to store was fine, manager was helpful…but…Delivery is the issue…I paid $18.45 for 2 day delivery -due 9/19, to send a check to Conway, SC….it just got to Florence SC this morning…now delivery scheduled for Monday 9/22 by 8pm! Very disappointed in FedEx…Barely better than US mail expectation..and I paid $18.45 for this unhappy experience!🤣
