    I called Greg from a UPS store & decided to take my shipment to FedEx store instead. Greg was a 12/10 for courteous, efficient & patient service! I had a heavy binder of documents & Greg carefully wrapped it in front of me & made sure that the shipment info was correct. He was very professional & I felt totally confident that my shipment would go without a problem. I would say please send him on a trip to Hawaii, but since he's already here, please give him a huge raise!! And thank you for having such an exceptional employee!

    I work for a medical company and had equipment being shipped to Oahu in preparation for a case. The equipment was supposed to arrive on Saturday as it was shipped priority overnight. However, due to some circumstance, the package did not arrive Saturday so I assume that it would arrive first thing in the morning on Monday. I called FedEx customer service at 10 AM on Monday after it became clear that it wasn’t arriving and was told that I would receive a call back and that the shipment had been listed as important priority. The surgical procedure is scheduled for 2 PM and around 1130 I was notified that it was moved up to 1 PM. I immediately went into the FedEx office or I was met with Greg, And I explained the situation to him in detail. The FedEx location was very busy however, that played no impact on the attentiveness and quality of service that Greg provided. Over the course of 30 minutes, Greg made numerous calls on my behalf to the distribution center and customer service lines to assist with the delivery of my shipment. I cannot stress enough how important this effort was, as it appeared that my shipment would not arrive in time, and our neurosurgical case would have had to be delayed or canceled causing a substantial difficulty for staff, physicians, more importantly the patient. Greg exceed all expectations assisting and resolving the issue in a composed and professional manner, while keeping me informed and assuring me that he would be able to resolve this. FedEx has a high standard set for customer service through my several interactions with Greg. He exudes the qualities that are organization and many organizations look for. I highly recommend any internal accolades or recognition, and quite literally cannot be more satisfied with the service in my expectations of FedEx, please feel free to reach out for any more information I would be more than happy to provide additional details.
