    Overnight delivery not available for Hawaii? Opted for and paid for 2nd day delivery but did not meet it possibly weather related? No refund or adjustment?

    Lady in all purple. Not friendly. Not rude but not friendly. Not willing to tape something to the box. Seemed annoyed to have to work and when I asked a question about the return paper, she was condescending saying well they need to know where it’s going. I said I thought you put that in, “I only put the label on”

    I think you should let customers know if there’s a surcharge fee. I was charged eight dollars and the customer service rep said she didn’t know what that was.. I think being in Hawaii we have the surcharge and the customer rep should tell the customer in advance there’s that fee

    The individual working at the register on 10/24 at 5:34 pm could benefit from additional training in customer service. She seemed dismissive when I asked for assistance finding my order, responding that she “didn’t know” even after I showed her the email confirmation stating my order was ready for pickup at the Kaneohe location. Instead of helping, she just stared at me, and I eventually located my order myself on the shelves behind her. After completing the transaction, she neither apologized for the inconvenience nor expressed any appreciation. The experience was disappointing, and her assistance was lacking.

    The employees were talking to each other but ignoring me. All 3 had no smile or greeting whatsoever. One employee told me we do not accept pre wrapped packages you can go over there and use a box. She had a flat affect and a condescending tone. I had no idea where to wait in line and no one answered me when I asked but they were in great conversation with each other. I was the only customer left and no one asked if I needed any help they just talked to each other about evening plans and let me stand there holding my package. Finally, one employee said to me in an angry tone “I am busy right now”. I must have looked like I could use service….eventually I did get the package mailed and my family member received it on time so fed ex did the job I needed but the service at the store site was horrible and I hope I don’t need to overnight a package again anytime soon. I told my sister and she said she hopes we can use UPS for most of our mailing needs but might be forced to come back to overnight.
