She asked Brendan for help. Thank you, Brendan, for assisting with my printing and I appreciated the explanation on how to do it next time. Brendan is patient and explains well.

She put it in a medium box. I don’t feel like I should have paid for the medium box. Mailing a small package from Sioux City IA to Kansas City MO should not cost $19.40. I’ve mailed bigger packages for less.
