It’s possible it wasn’t listed except my sales team of 15 didn’t run into the same issues I had however, they reside mostly in another state. Idk if that made a difference but their experience was different than mine & seemed to be an in and out process. however She did an amazing job multitasking the rush of people and in order at that and she kept her composure which a lot of people in her position fail at miserably. . She did a great job and apologized it took longer than expected but again, not necessarily her fault. FedEx also in general I have a better experience with packages. UPS my packages are always opened & boxes destroyed but not with FedEx. Thanks to the woman who helped me.
