    The staff were excellent. I visited the store three times in three days to ship. Lots of packages. Two times I had zero weight and one time I had a 5 to 10 minute wait. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful in assisting me with packaging. The only drawback was I would say it was a little more expensive than I had anticipated.

    The store was not the negative of this experience. While I did have a bit of a wait it is expected this time of year. I am extremely disappointed with the shipping experience. I paid $75 for overnight shipping with the guarantee of my paperwork being delivered on time. The paperwork has still not arrived and this has caused much unneeded stress as well as for the entire deal to be pushed back. Please contact me on how FedEx plans to make this correct.

    I shipped my Logitech webcam to my friend and I did ship it with a USB-C with it and he never got it. I am not sure what happened but I am 100% sure I sent that camera with the cord?
