She wouldn’t help and made excuses saying the machine didn’t work. She spoke to me like I was aggravating her. Courtney on the other hand was very helpful. She reached out to someone for help and then found a solution. You need more workers like Courtney. I will return because her attitude was positive and she got the job done.
