    I felt not welcome, cold vibes, no introduction or how can I help you. It might be because I immediately told her what I wanted. Upon returning my change she dropped it in my hand making sure not to touch me as tho there was something wrong with me. She also was discussing matters about another customer while service me which felt unprofessional.

    The attendant knew I was waiting and didnt tell me my order was ready and was very chatty with other team members. After I emailed my file I needed printed he told me "we don't click on links" I was in the store for over an hour waiting for a color print put measuring 19 x 27. He was a tall slim man with dark Ray Ban glasses. Receipt #JLHK00101822. Print out did not fit frame, attendant didn't care. Awful customer service. March 2, 2026 Hyde Park store on 57th 5:52 p.m.

    When I entered the facility, it was clean. I noticed how the employees were assisting other people giving them instructional options. I had no weight I Millie went to the counter with the Agent greeted me and was able to offer options in shipping. It was expeditious and I left, knowing that my package was in good hands.

    I will be using fedex for all of my deliveries, USPS should take notes or let you know ahead of time if they will not be able to deliver a package because of its contents. USPS was well aware it was an iPhone 17.

    I can’t get the information about when it’s going to be delivered. I’ve been trying to track it and it’s not letting me track it for delivery considering it was shipped on December 6. I’m disappointed it hasn’t arrived on December 10 which was the original arrival time. Going on the Internet your system doesn’t work to tell me anything.
