She deserves as much credit as possible and acknowledgement for her hard work!

I’m a 60 yr old lawyer and used to challenging interactions but this team member was so aggressively rude it embarrassed and sort of cowed me. No harsh words were exchanged. Transaction (shipping) was totally straightforward. She was just mean. Incredible. Her name badge was partially covered but first two letters of first name were Ja and she was an asst mgr. It is a lovely nearby location but I won’t go back.
