    The visit to the store was amazing. The manager I believe who helped me couldn’t have been kinder and the whole experience was extremely efficient. Unfortunately I don’t think I would ever trust FedEx with my shipping needs again. I paid $60+ for next day delivery. On the day of delivery (guaranteed by 8), the app/website adjusted the delivery tie to 12am, and then absolutely no updates for 48 hours. It was finally delivered 3 (THREE) days late, damaged and missing the most expensive (and sentimental) gift that I tried to send to my Mom for her 79th birthday.

    Kassandra has printed programs for 2 of my most recent music recitals. She remembered me from last time and was amazing at recommending paper weights and colors. I will 100% be back for my next printing need. Thank you Kassandra, you’re the absolute best!

    All team members are very helpful with the full service assisted printing. I have worked with Jovan, Hillary and Justin multiple times and they are always happy to help me with all my needs even when complicated. They also get the job done ASAP and I will continue to work with them. Thank you guys!

    I went into the store to print out cards for a conference I was moderating for and Hillary helped me print my questions, pick the correct card size, and worked with me for over an hour with patience and care. As I was in the store, I looked up if FedEx Was a Great Place To Work Certified company, and they were. I could tell by the camaraderie and going above and beyond for customers, so I suggested that they add that to the list of accolades that were displaying on a monitor that comes from corporate. Or put the logo on the store door!

    Where to start? I had help from a team member (Silo? Sorry if I didn't quite catch your name, I am partially deaf-toned in one ear) who made this a fun and enjoyable experience. All three employees working in the store were top-notch! They all took the time to chat and help me figure out the right package for shipping my dishwasher parts to my sister. They were full of joy and laughter in this store. This is the best type of team to have. These folks went above and beyond to help me. They deserve an award for being short-staffed and giving the best service to your customers. You can see how passionate and caring they are for the community. Please reward them for such excellent talent. They represent themselves and the company very well. You should promote all of them. I was in their store Sunday afternoon 4.28.24. :)

    Jovan was so kind and attentive. He was managing so much at the store on a busy day but he was so helpful and went far above and beyond to help me print my funeral programs.

    I showed up right before closing and all 3 of the staffers inside went so above and beyond helping me ship something at the last second. They were so friendly and funny. Really made my night on a stressful day when I was about to leave the country the next day. I will always be going to Fedex from now on
