I have repeatedly had amazing interactions with the Southport location stuff. They are super helpful and go above & beyond, always. They help me ensure my submitted document is ready to go, they always do a QC, and they always help me find the best deal for big orders which is super important as a small nonprofit.

I stood in the store for 50 minutes trying to get some help figuring out the self service app. The employee didn’t want to help me. I went home and my daughter helped me. Then I went back the next day to find out if I could get my posters. I was told I didn’t respond in time and they couldn’t print them. Then I said cancel the order. Then he printed the posters. I found out when I got home that he failed to print all of the posters. I was truly disappointed.😢

I loved having the full service option. The gentleman who assisted me was fast and skilled. This got me in & put way faster than attempting to ‘self serve’.

Every time I go there are several people waiting and 4+ employees behind the counter in full view totally ignoring everyone who politely asks for help, even if there are multiple people waiting and no one at a register. Also, I would not have shipped the package if I had known it was going to cost $45 before waiting for so long and think that was completely insane for the size of my item. When the 4th person got in line (an extremely elderly woman) and came up to the counter and said “Excuse me” and asked for help, the employee immediately yelled at her to get to the back of the line and was insanely rude and mean. Like come on, its an old lady. I worked at a grocery store for 6 years so I get you guys have tasks to complete besides checking out customers, but the wait times, rudeness, and number of employees at this location does not make any sense. The post office is very far from my house which is why I keep coming, but I dread coming here because its always very drawn out and unpleasant. One time I was here I waited 20+ minutes for a printer because the many employees were refusing to acknowledge or help a confused elderly couple and a loudly barking dog despite their repeated requests. They didnt even ask them to leave because dogs weren’t allowed, they just ignored them and the many customers waiting behind them. The other printers were out of service and the employees were not making visible attempts to fix those, either. Also, one time I came here with a FedEx label from eBay and was told that wasnt allowed but other times I shipped things thst way just fine. Another time I came in with an item (bracelet) and no label and was told that wasn’t allowed either and I had to print the label at home but other times it was just fine. I really am not trying to be a Karen but I think the employees at this location are very poorly trained, which is compounded by the fact that you often have to wait 20+ minutes just to be refused service for a basic function of the store or get charged crazy “packing fees” for very poor service without being able to consent to the price before wasting a massive amount of time. The packing fees also seem totally random and not always applied.
