We asked to reprint and were charged additional money for this service, in all our bill was almost 800 dollars.

I shipped boxes of products from Kansas City to that Chicago Fed Ex. They retrieved my boxes and when I received them, they were damaged but I didn’t make a fuss about it. I specifically asked them if I could keep the other boxes behind the door and come back for them one by one because it was just me moving them to their destination. When I came back for the other boxes, they just set them out in the open hallway. We are talking about hundreds of dollars of products just sat out in the hallway. Then, they were very rude.

Tonnette got all my packages to me at the requested time and processed my payment very efficiently. After the conference ended, Janice helped me get all the prepaid labels on and finished the process to get the items sent back. This was quite the process but she did it and took care of me and other clients quickly and happily. It was evident both times the offices were short- staffed but both Tonnette and Janice did a great job!
