As a FedEx services team member who goes above and beyond for our business partners, I think this clerks behavior does not reflect well for our Brand. I was taking aback by the lack of care and blatant disregard for my service request.

- Friday, July 28, 20231 out of 5Rating 1.0I was charged $45.97 to ship a 24x4 shipping tube due to it being an irregular package. I bought the tube from your store there. It was never brought up the exorbitant fee I would be charged. I was informed of a $2 fee for using this particular location since it was in our hotel. That was fine. As I watched them ring in the number just kept climbing and they presented me with the total. They also put the declared value as $100 which I never stated a value. It was a $12 poster from the museum. I begrudgingly paid the ridiculous fee as I really had no option since this poster wouldn’t fit in my carryon. Put a very sour taste in my mouth at the end of an otherwise lovely vacation.

The cost per copy was really high so I printed fewer copies than I wanted for my work meeting because of that. I also struggled with getting my credit card to read properly in the copier machine which took extra time. No nearby employees offered to help me. It was a disappointing experience.

She didn’t even confirm receipt of my email order when I called back a second time to confirm. She wasn’t unprofessional, just not responsive and did not fulfill my order. I called the next morning to see if my order was ready and it was not. It hadn’t even been processed. Luckily, Roy P. answered. He was apologetic and professional. I later came to the office at the Hilton to place my order again (in person). To my pleasant surprise, Roy P. Had already processed my order and was already working on it. Roy P. Saved the day as I needed my signs by 10 am for a Presidential Political event. Needless to say I was very happy and Roy seemed to be the professional everyone needs. I really appreciate how he picked up the slack for Janice. Way to go Roy!
