    I spent 20 plus minutes arranging to ship my wife's diet medication to her overseas to London. I did everything Jason told me to do. He made a copy of the prescription, which included the name of the medication, and staple it to the FedEx invoice. I was assured this would clear customs no problem. Unfortunately it did not and my wife still has not received the medication. This is outrageous. I'm probably going to sue you.

    I have used the full service printing service at this location before but this time was different. The woman at the counter was not wearing a uniform, nor a name badge. She jotted the order details that I gave her down on a small post it note and seemed very unsure of herself and even a little abrupt. She didn't ask me for any details like paper quality, weight or printing darkness. I spoon fed her all the details. I expected her to load my order on to a paper form or into the system then read it all back to me. I had to ask all the questions like how long would it take?, when could it be ready?, how much would it cost?, what were my options on binding? - it was very strange. I even called back after I left the store, uncertain that she would know to include a sheet of card stock in the order so that the booklets had a back cover. She admitted that she had not included a back sheet. It all felt very tentative. I called back the night before I was planning to pick up my order. I had very low confidence in the whole thing. The gentlemen I spoke with described the booklet to me and said they would be ready first thing in the morning. The books looked OK. I would have liked the copying of the content to be a little darker. I'll be back to this location based on convenience - but I'm going to ask for a better exchange with the representative in the future. I expected to walk out with an order number or a confirmation.

    I asked for copies of multiple documents. The clerk had me wait for my order so I watched as he joked with the other clerks while he was supposed to be making my copies. It wasn’t until I got home that I discovered two of the documents were not copied even though I paid for those copies. This required me to return and get the two documents copied.

    The initial visit was very good. Waad took the time to explain all the steps and assured me the typesetter would have it back in 24 hours. When I didn’t hear anything after four days I went in the store. Another nice gentleman helped me and found the order was there, no one sent me the email to review it as promised. The typesetting was well done and I left with the product in hand.
