There has been a couple times lately that my order was not correct or there were flaws on the print which would be at the fault of Fed Ex. It took them almost an hour to address the issue the first time in which this same supervisor was involved. Then the second time which was this week, they did not print the updated order as requested and Told me I could come back in two hours which I did not have the time. I simply requested to have a few dollars off for the mistakes and I would just take what I have and the supervisor gave me a rude response and basically saying she couldn’t help me and that it was my fault. When in reality I sent over the file, my number for an order and the update the day prior after hours, so how is it that the next day when they print they don’t print the updated file?? I was extremely upset about this and I do not care for this supervisors
