However, in this instance I shipped medication on ice that had to be delivered overnight. I paid over $80 for your service and you got the job done, but I find myself resenting the price. I will continue to use the USPS whenever possible.

I was waiting in line that didn't seem to be moving and the store manager (I don't remember her name) stepped up to say "I can take you over here." She was fast, efficient, polite and professional. I really appreciated all of it because I had to be at an appointment and was worried I was going to be late. But I got my packages shipped and made it to my appointment in time. Grateful for that.
