I think when shipping overseas, FedEx needs to do better relative to giving your team members the information as to how long it will take the package to arrive in my experience, Madrid, Spain. It's very very expensive to send a package overseas and oddly, FedEx has tiered pricing with no differentiation as to if a customer pays more, whether the package will arrive sooner and if so, how much sooner. FedEx has been doing this for decades and the differentiation of your service relative to pricing is totally inadequate now. You can do better! The excellent young man who helped me in our local FedEx office was not supported by FedEx corporate with an acceptable amount of information. He also stayed late to help me too, Thank you! Overall he was gracious, courteous and professional.

Instead of going to another computer, she kept trying multiple times to make it work, each time having to re-enter all of the shipping information. When she finally got on another computer, it worked fine. Sadly I was 20 min. late to work because of it.
