    When I placed the order via phone and email, the man said he couldn’t give me a pick up time because they were very busy. I tried to pick up the order at 8:15am but the line was 5 deep, staff did not greet anyone. I came back at 6:30p to pick up, again a long line. Staff did not greet anyone. They were clearly irritated the store was so busy, not friendly or helpful. He was irritated with another customer who had a large ship/box order and was telling her he wasn’t going to stay late to help her. They locked the door at 6:58 to prevent anyone else entering the store. Poor customer service. Seems they need more staff and training.

    Both Steve and Jacqueline helped me with a welcome sign for a wedding part- it wasn’t working with the app I used. They walked me through using Word and it worked great !!

    We came to have passport photos taken. The manager and two other members of the team continued to work to get good photos. They refused to give up until they got it right. The manager realized that the color of my husband's jacket was throwing off the photo. When he removed the jacket, we got a clear photo. Employees who will persevere patiently until they solve the problem are an asset to any company.

    All of by company’s shipping is almost done exclusively through fedex. The staff is amazing at the Glenview store.

    I ordered some copies online and when I picked them up, the paper quality was not was I expected. When I expressed this to Jacqueline she stared at me blankly and did not offer any suggestions for a solution. I almost just left, but then I asked if there was anything she could do. She showed me some paper samples, which I did appreciate. I was under the impression that I did not have to take the print outs that were on the too-thin paper and that she was going to re-print them for me on different paper, which I would pay for instead. She even gave me a break on a pricing for the second paper, which I also very much appreciated. However, there was a miscommunication, and it seems that she was not going to give me a refund on the printing that I was not satisfied with, and now I also had to pay for the reprint on top of it. If this was communicated more clearly, I would have just taken the first prints that I already paid for and been on my way. When I expressed concern about the miscommunication, Jacqueline was less than friendly. She had a chance to make me a returning customer and make my day, but instead made me not want to deal with printing at FedEx in the future.

    Kari was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were shipping sentimental family pieces and she gave us options and explained the process. Above and beyond most services we’ve encountered. She’s very competent.

    I learned in a recent visit to a different FedEx store that I can send Fedex a PDF file and Fedex will print it out, and today Jacqueline actually made that happen! I sent the file from my phone while in the store, and Jacqueline printed it out! It was a long document too. Meanwhile, at Jacqueline’s suggestion I looked around the store. She told me what was on sale. I found some things I’d been looking for: bound notebooks and laminated maps. This job took hardly any time at all, and the cost was reasonable. And Jacqueline was SO HELPFUL to this older lady who is always amazed by but rarely comfortable with new technological services…I can remember computers before windows and touchscreen. Anyway, Jacqueline got this massive job done in no time flat, gently advising this older customer on how to make it happen. I am so grateful for the spirit of service of which I was the beneficiary today! Many, many thanks!

    The young man who assisted me was inexperienced. He neglected to inform me of the 2day a.m. delivery availability and there are no signs on the premises informing customers of the various shipping options. I rarely ship anything and know very little about FedEx’s shipping options. It was only when I Googled “will a FedEx 2-day shipping really arrive in 2 days” did I see that there are two 2-day shipping options, 2-day a.m. and 2-day regular. If I had been told about the 2-day a.m. I would have certainly considered it. Also, the manager, I believe, had to inform this man to put tape on the package label. I was shipping something that was extremely important and any mishap in delivery would be catastrophic. Also, this young man rushed out to lunch without taking the package from me and placing it in the appropriate location. I just left the package on the counter and asked the manager who was assisting someone else if it was OK to leave it on the counter and she said yes. I truly hope my package was properly placed in the location for pickup. This young man was very courteous and he did ask someone for assistance with the the information permitted on the label because the address was very lengthy and all could not fit. I think this young man could be an excellent employee with more training. At this point I don’t think he should be handling shipments

    Howard was great. He worked for about 30 minutes resizing my print job and made it perfect. Originally he told me that he’d have it done on noon the next day, which was fine. Instead, he called me at 7:24 (about 1.5 hours after I left) and told me the job was complete. So pleasantly impressed with Howard’s service. Great employee you have there in Glenview!

    I brought in a heavy golf bag/soft carrier. The young lady came right up, took the bag, and proceeded to quickly do the paperwork, attached the label, and I was back out the door in less than 5 minutes.

    Howard is a great representative of your company. He is knowledgeable, was responsive to questions, and would be the overwhelming reason I would visit that location…and continue to your customer. Howard was truly top notch in all regards.
