I went back to the Fed-Ex office in Gurnee to see if I could retrieve one of the envelopes. To my surprise, they did and reprinted the label‼️ This was amazing to me the service. - Thursday, October 10, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0your new policies are a complete joke- it takes more time for someone to explain the self service then to be able to print. on top of it, I came in with own paper and your printer made weird marks on it and was not able to use the document. had to get it printed in back which I asked for originally. its amazing how much time and money I wasted but also then was trying to print on sticker paper- your team member advised wrong settings and it completely ruined it. I have had It and will no longer be working with you again. its cost me so much in YOUR errors

When they showed me the copy, I started crying but your service rep, please find out his name, was very understanding sympathetic, professional and helped me get through the process of ordering the booklets. He couldn't have been more efficient if he had wanted to be. When I picked the order up, he asked me if I was having a better day. How considerate. Thank you.

My package did not arrive the day that I paid for. When I called to asked for reducción of the cost since I paid for next day. I was transferred to different people and I had to explain over and over for a little more than one hour. At the end the last person say : we can’t not reduced the cost and I’m going to disconnect the call. That was very rude!!!!!
