    Excellent service‼️ I was sending 4 overnight packages. I went to the courthouse and filed documents. They stamped filed on the paperwork. I went back to the Fed-Ex office in Gurnee to see if I could retrieve one of the envelopes. To my surprise, they did and reprinted the label‼️ This was amazing to me the service. Gurnee is always friendly. Thank you for staffing this facility with staff that really care about your customers ‼️ Good job. You can tell them who wrote this response.

    your new policies are a complete joke- it takes more time for someone to explain the self service then to be able to print. on top of it, I came in with own paper and your printer made weird marks on it and was not able to use the document. had to get it printed in back which I asked for originally. its amazing how much time and money I wasted but also then was trying to print on sticker paper- your team member advised wrong settings and it completely ruined it. I have had It and will no longer be working with you again. its cost me so much in YOUR errors

    My experience could not have been better. My husband had passed 3 days earlier and I was in the store to print/orderhis program booklet for the funeral. When they showed me the copy, I started crying but your service rep, please find out his name, was very understanding sympathetic, professional and helped me get through the process of ordering the booklets. He couldn't have been more efficient if he had wanted to be. When I picked the order up, he asked me if I was having a better day. How considerate. Thank you.

    Visit FedEx office was good service over the phone fir customer service was HORRIBLE definitely need more training . My package did not arrive the day that I paid for. When I called to asked for reducción of the cost since I paid for next day. I was transferred to different people and I had to explain over and over for a little more than one hour. At the end the last person say : we can’t not reduced the cost and I’m going to disconnect the call. That was very rude!!!!!

    Very efficient, very professional, extremely personable! A hard task to balance these elements. AND they get the job done! Please give this entire team a raise, treat them to a steak dinner, they deserve it! And while you’re at it, buy the OfficeMax around the corner and turn it into a FedEx Office. Show those *** how it’s done!

    Fitzgerald was able to help us resize our poster and even offered other signs such as Canvas prints. Very happy about our prints!

    I was given a QR code to return an item but the label didn't print out right. With all the frustrations, Fitzgerald was able to make sure we were able to get the return processed. He did everything possible to make it happen and didn't just give up on the first attempt.
