    Dana is outstanding. She identified a problem with my print submission and called to discuss it with me. Dana wanted to ensure I received a quality print. Other companies and staff would not have taken this extra quality control and attention to detail. In addition, when I stopped by the store to ok the print job, Dana knew who I was and what I had come into the store for. This made me feel like a valued customer.     I paid $150 for next morning delivery. I had happy to pay because the letter was important and very time sensitive. It did not get delivered that day at all and it was not delivered till the next day. There was no explanation for this delay. I think I deserve a partial refund.

    In the past it was often confusing to select the right label and fill it out. At this visit,the clerk typed all the information in and printed out the label and then selected the correct envelope. I wish I remembered her name. She was very effecient. Friendly. A young Black female with excellent customer service skills.

    My visit was fine. I paid for overnight delivery and transaction was done in store on Saturday 2/28 in Homewood, IL at 12pm. The package did NOT get delivered until today about 20min ago. Very dissatisfied with Fed Ex! I will be asking for a refund. I paid $46.25 for overnight delivery with a signature required upon receipt. The driver left it at garage door and asked for no signature in addition to it not fulfilling an overnight delivery instead took Saturday 2/28/26 till this afternoon Wednesday 3/4/26 at 342pm.
