My problem is that when my package got to Spain, the person I sent the item to was charged a fee in order to get the package! That is not what I expect. When I spend about $100 to send two birthday cards in one envelope, I do not expect it to pay another $26-$30 on top of that, when the package Arrives. The cost should’ve been upfront
