    I ship my package to San Diego on 12/1/25. The African American lady who shipped my package double charged me. $32.19. I told her the amount was charged to my bank account but she disagree with me. I have to return to Lansing office on 12/3/25 for a refund which never go through. My account says 0 credit from FedEx.

    I did not have a chance to ask questions as I am supposed to. The customer service team lady was rude and not friendly. She got irritated whenever I tried to ask questions. She was rude.

    After speaking with an international agent over the phone, I headed over to a local FedEx as I was instructed. I was also told to make copies of the identification and put it with the invoice. When I mentioned this to the rep in the store, he did not want to accept it. He said it was not needed and gave me a smirk. Low and behold, the package get stuck in customs because it did not have the identification. I’m very upset with the Lansing IL location.

    My urgent package was not delivered as scheduled. I spent hours driving around trying to find a FedEx to overnight ship on a Saturday. I was told it couldn’t get there until Monday, fine, but then the recipient didn’t receive it by 5pm as promised. She had to call FedEx to see where it was only to discover that the address was “undeliverable” according to whomever she talked to at FedEx. She had to drive 30 minutes and deal with this while being on vacation. Why was this issue not flagged when I dropped off the package or one of us notified when it couldn’t be delivered? I would like to be reimbursed since I didn’t get what I paid for and for all the hassle it caused. Feel free to contact me.
