    I needed to make a quick copy of a 1 page sign for an event. I asked if they could copy and your staff immediately sent me to the self service center. for that I needed to take the file from my email on my phone, send the email to your server, get a code and then confirm, then send the file there to print and then wait 10 minutes. Totally ridiculous. I had ! PAGE. When I asked them to just copy and I would pay---- they told me they couldnt--becaue they were busy... they appeared to have no active print jobs and did not want to ehlp. Only When I told them that I was a former FEDEX employee and that I knew there was a way for me to email the store and have it printed. they said there was a way but they were busy.... I pressed them again and suddenly there was a magical printer that coudld print immediately-- took 2 seconds. Please TRAIN your lazy employees better.

    I visited Libertyville IL location 60048 on 2/16/2026 around 4:30pm. I dont remember his name, but he helped my package professionally and answered all the questions I had. Package arrived at the destination as he described. Very professional service.

    Zoey looked like she would definately be somewhere else. She was not helpful and was sending off negative vibes. I asked her if she could please seal the ends of the box with tape, which another employee had happily done for me a week ago. Zoey told me that the tape that came with the box would be enough. I asked her again to please tape the box. She did not smile the entire time. No customer service at all.

    I initially brought in a thumb drive with an Apple Paged document. You’re unable to use. You should upgrade an be able to read Pages docs.

    I was sending small paintings to a familiar friend. I wrapped them in protective bubble wrap, but then the store associate picked out the perfect box with additional protective materials. It was then expertly and efficiently sealed. I felt reassured my paintings would be unharmed while in transit.
