He found the right kind of paper for the job, helped me get it loaded into the color copier, walked me through the process of getting my document emailed and entered, and was right there to help me because I was totally inexperienced. Then he helped me get my documents into the right envelope and shipped. I am so appreciative! I was really flustered and anxious because my printer at home wasn’t working and these were really important insurance papers that I had spent hours prepping. Tylan was awesome! Thank you, Tylan!!!
