First time was to print some blueprints I had emailed to the location second time was to scan the print to a flash drive. On my second visit the machine was having issues, there was a steady flow of people entering to ship and print things and Nicole handled everyone in a timely manner. She got the large print machine working, scaled down and printed someone's wedding announcement mailer, helped with shipping some golf clubs and helped with a couple of other customers. All awhile she was freindly, very helpful, professional and made sure everyone's needs were met.
