    I was quoted an amount. Picked up and it was more than quoted. So rep told me it was more expensive paper. Told him I only had amount quoted. Told me to come back next day for job on that paper then. Prior to that exchange, got a call from rep who was heated that person taking the original order didn’t tell him # or number needed. Really rude to me.

    I would have liked to be informed of the $2.50 service charge on my order. I understand it is because I didn’t order on line. My order, spiral binding two books, could not be done online.

    I had very large posters laminated. They did an excellent job! Lamination was smooth and had a nice border around each one. Only took one day. Very pleased.

    Had lots of documents to scan to my own computer via email - the process was new to me - I tried on my own but went back to the counter to ask John for assistance - John offered his assistance with a smile and with understanding my needs for help - looking forward to using this location more for my home office tasks which cannot be handled quickly in my home office with the equipment that I own -

    I was charged $25- while using the self kiosk that one of the employees was rude to help out with, my card shows pending of $25 and the receipt shows $12. I asked the employee but stated I should see the credit money back the following day and still nothing. I don’t enjoy the self kiosk just because it makes use a specific amount, what if you don’t end up using that amount?

    Steve has made every project I give to him perfectly beautiful and if I ask him for special requests on projects he always does . He first sends proofs then prints and he’s overwhelming kind, professional and skilled. His entire team is the BEST - Jason, Robin, John , Carolyn they are all professional and so nice and helpful to everyone who goes into the store.

    I was trying to call and talk to an agent. Your voice menu system made “impossible”. I try may no.s and voice prompts but it wouldn’t context me to a human at the store!! Stupid system!
