Latoya said it was ready and it was but I would have to come back the next day to pick up because it would be a $50 rush fee added if she rung it out. This was a huge inconvenience considering that the print was finished. I have placed orders before and they just called when the order was complete, even if it wasn't 24 hours. Poor customer service.

I was very nervous to leave it at the store, but I wanted copies of the book made for family. Joanna was so helpful. She walked me through all my options and personally oversaw the job. Ruth exhibit excellent customer service and was very attentive. Normally i have to approach a fedex worker but she noticed me needing help and didn't hesitate to assist. Thanks to Ruth i was able to get what i needed done. Wish there were more Ruths in the Oak lawn store

They charged me for expedited printing yet the issue that left me to need my order within a few hours was the error that was on the FedEx Office website.
