I asked the rep at the fed ex location if we should block out the old address, and he responded, “No, that will make it interesting for the guys at the warehouse”. So the next day, one of the packages got delivered back to my house. I called Fed Ex 800.463.3339 and explained what happened. That rep told me she would expedite having it picked up from my house. No one came today. So I called back to Fed Ex and that rrp told me he saw no record of a request to pick up from my house. So I brought the package back to Fed Ex in Park Ridge. That rep there did put a blank sticker over the old address, so hopefully this time it gets delivered correctly. I am depending on this return to allow the seller to refund my money

Sedarius advised me on the best way to print on full sheet labels, then assisted me in cutting them down. All this at 10 minutes prior to closing. NOT once did he make me feel rushed or that I was holding him up. He was extremely patient with me.
