    The staff was generally helpful. However, with my package I had to send a return addressed envelope for which I was directed to a computer station to prepare the return label. There were some hiccups as some of the information requirements weren't being accepted to the point that the staff was unsure as to why the difficulty. But we did work through it so took longer than necessary but we were successful. However, my package was under 1# and I was instructed to just enter 1# weight although we weren't sure the weight. Next what really caught my attention in a negative light is why the return label was so expensive? With the label FedEx printed there was a $10 charge. With the label that I printed there was a $43 charge. When I asked about this I was told it was because I used the computer station, the station I was directed to use with the statement that the staff can only print the sending labels not the return labels. So, even though I did as instructed, even though I'm the one who did the work to make the label, even though the same package was shipped to and back from the same place, there was a significant difference in price. $43 is mighty expensive for a .5# envelope originating from Washington D.C. destination Rockford IL.

    We clearly stated “priority overnight“ was needed and the FedEx worker put it under 2 day express. We had to go back first thing in the morning the next day before they sent the package to redo the entire transaction. Then even after all that, the package was not sent overnight. Received a day and half later. I will be asking for a full refund.
