    I went through our FedEx rep Tammy and she did everything correct. I never saw proofs like I was told I would and then one sign did not match logo color. Steve changed it but I felt it was a rush when they had a week to complete the project.

    I asked for the package to be shipped ground, or least expensive, and that may have been the case but it was very expensive, approx $75. I should have made sure it was ground, or economy, but I didn’t, so that’s my fault. The package was shipped on Friday and arrived Monday, which leads me to believe it was sent on a quicker, more expensive option…

    It was my first time visiting The Hyatt Regency in Chicago. I was there to attend my son’s Navy graduation. I had to ship his pictures and duffel bag home. The fed ex employee at the Hyatt was very understanding and compassionate. He explained the process and it was literally five minutes to closing. He still took his time and called the other employee to find a box to fit my son’s graduation pictures and duffel bag. They were sooo helpful because I was stressing. I love them and I hate I can’t remember their names. I really hope their supervisor reads my post and give them an incentive. I just receive my items and everything was perfect. His pictures are still in the frames. Thank you again.

    They were very timely and professional regarding the packaging and transaction to help me ship it in the most secure way. I was shipping a computer to Colorado and wanted to be sure that it was packed in the safest way possible. I have worked in similar environments and believe the location needs additional staff especially during events at this location like on this day so they can provide the best service without worrying about the line that could form from similar situations as my request.

    Miliani is great overall. She was the only member in the store at the time running the show during a very busy event. She was proactive and helped all customers in store while taking phone calls from two phones and a walkie at the same time. Watching her run back and forth and get things taken care of without even breaking a sweat was very impressive! (I still don’t know how she did that) Thank you so much Miliani for making mine and my colleague’s experience the best we’ve had at the hyatt.

    I would like to thank Raul and his team for the exceptional help with all the package drop offs/pick ups for my event this month. They were all (mostly) so incredibly patient and helpful anywhere from shipping to printing. However, I was a bit disappointed when Xavier was helping with packages and told me, I quote, “I work for tips you know” after being done. My understanding was that tips weren’t allowed since the young lady in the office said it was against policy when I offered her one. I was more than happy to tip you all for the hassle we caused, but I just didn’t appreciate the way he said that. I did in fact tip him but I do feel like I was pressured into it. Other than that, my experience was great, thank you all so much.

    I liked Raul, very kind patient. But yesterday 8/31/23 I went to go pick up my package and they charged me again and didn’t tell me ahead of time all because fedex Owen the loud I g doc of the hotel I am staying at.
