She was proactive and helped all customers in store while taking phone calls from two phones and a walkie at the same time. Watching her run back and forth and get things taken care of without even breaking a sweat was very impressive! (I still don’t know how she did that) Thank you so much Miliani for making mine and my colleague’s experience the best we’ve had at the hyatt.

They were all (mostly) so incredibly patient and helpful anywhere from shipping to printing. However, I was a bit disappointed when Xavier was helping with packages and told me, I quote, “I work for tips you know” after being done. My understanding was that tips weren’t allowed since the young lady in the office said it was against policy when I offered her one. I was more than happy to tip you all for the hassle we caused, but I just didn’t appreciate the way he said that. I did in fact tip him but I do feel like I was pressured into it. Other than that, my experience was great, thank you all so much.
