I wanted to have more for the funeral but had a family prayer service early in the morning. I called Ruben with my dilemma. He placed the order over the phone, and he let me prepay for it so my best friend could pick up the booklets while the family was at the prayer service. She was so impressed by Ruben’s professionalism! And we were able to distribute more booklets at the funeral so people could focus on the good memories versus the sadness of entombing my dad.

He was kind and compassionate about having to put together a life celebration booklet quickly because of the unexpected death of my father. He made a great suggestion for the paper, which improved the booklet. He never made me feel uneducated and incapable about printing. Ruben simply assured me that he is a printing professional and could use that knowledge to help me get the booklets done in time for my dad’s wake. Best experience ever with a Kinko’s employee!

I did not know I could have done it myself and picked and chosen what documents I needed to print. And possibly saved myself some money. Although I did not have all of the information that I needed. All documents were printed out well. So for that I am thankful.
