She called the other FedEx location to get my files after they were unable to help me and even offered to print it despite it being late in the day. She even communicated with me about when it would be ready and made the whole experience very easy. Then when I picked the order up the whole staff was so kind and friendly! I had to go out of my way to go to this store because my local FedEx could not help me and but I will come back to this location just so I can get assistance with the staff here. Joan is a ROCK STAR!
