(He helps me do custom printing of antique maps that I use for water coloring; he's got a great eye for dimension and is SO helpful in printing the copies I need.) Everyone at this locale is very pleasant and competent but Ruben really stands out in his ability to provide a range of service. Today's visit was more "ordinary": I needed a custom pack&ship of an odd size frame to a daughter in DC -- Ruben came up with the perfect solution, of course. I just think he is terrific!!!
- Saturday, December 2, 20234 out of 5Rating 4.0Everything was normal and great, except the fact that I stay away from CeraVe Lorton grease -- slippery slimy silicone grease that other ppl leave behind. Yet, while using the machines and the permanent markers, I got a handful of CeraVe slippery grease on me and this contaminated my phone, papers, car keys, car interior, etc. It is not FedEx but the makers of CeraVe lotions should stop putting disgusting silicone into their lotions. The recycled paper copies also have a slight slippery grease feel to it as well. New paper products are slightly contaminated with silicone grease

Initially, I would have used the printing service provided, but Ruben showed me how to use the new self service printing to save money. He walked me thru the process. It's great that I can do it without the old Fedex/Kinkos intermediate card.

I needed to print out and fax a form regarding my mother’s pension by the end of the day. Ruben printed out my form immediately, and walked me through faxing the form to the pension office. He was extremely patient and kind with my mother, and extremely helpful. We were handled with such care.

I was hesitant at first, thinking that it would be faster if I just opened my email and print my docs from there. But the technology offered to me was really amazing!
