They answered all my questions and provided solutions for my print issues.

Zach provided assistance on finding exactly what I needed in the paper supply department and then was efficient in assisting with my FED EX package for shipping.

My experience was good. Bert was very helpful with checking me out. Dakota was also very friendly and helped me in a timely manner. 10s across the board.

I was very stressed and in a bad position to print out something last minute for an important national conference. Normally I would order from a specific scientific poster company but they wouldn't be able to accommodate the rush order. I called Fedex and Jamie picked up and was kind, collected, and assured me that if I got my poster to them before noon, she would have it done that day, after 4PM, despite the Fedex website saying it wouldn't be available until the day after (too late). I had technical difficulties uploading the poster because of the file format but Jamie assured me and told me to email the poster to Fedex just in case, so that they would have an idea of what the poster should look like. I called Fedex probably three times, very stressed, but Jamie picked up each time and was so patient with me. I emailed the poster over and Jamie had it printed within the hour. When I went to pick it up, Jamie said that the file was indeed messed up in the online submission, but they were able to use my email file to print out the poster. The quality was fantastic and Jamie also trimmed off the margins for me prior to picking up the poster. I am SO grateful for her help and will print my future posters at Fedex instead of the scientific poster company. I feel that Fedex is available, reliable, and helpful to customer needs. Thank you Jamie for providing such amazing service!!!!!

The people at the counter were very helpful and well-informed. Very competent at making bookmarks. They helped me choose the right paper and verified all aspects of the order, i.e. from size to cost. When I picked up the bookmarks, I was extremely pleased with the quality and how good they looked. From beginning to end, the staff were friendly, competent and helpful. Great experience all around.

Zach helps me pick the right size box I needed and told me the best way to get everything to fit to provide minimal movement during shipping. He was very nice, polite and made it an easy comfortable experience. I’ll continue to use this location for all my shipping needs.
