YOU COMPLETELY FAILED during what was an urgent delivery. It took 36 hrs to receive causing extreme duress for everyone. You even mistakenly sent to Indiana. I cannot express the frustration your company caused. I will not use FedEx again so long as UPS and USPS are in business!!!

Saw a box on the counter and said, " I know this guy, I think he forgot his box. I have to call him. I'll be right back and that way you can get your information ready." I stated that I had it ready. He said he was going to call the guy and it would only take a minute. No one was behind me and no one in the parking lot. He could have taken me before he made that call, then if someone else came in, have them wait a minute. He didnt write the name of the business fully on the label and had a hard time spelling the name correctly on the label. Took him 3x. Then forgot to put the fragile label on the box even though I told him it was fragile and i wrote on the box it was fragile. Very poor customer service. To his credit, he did apologize as I was walking out the door. (The whole ordeal took around 20 min or longer.
